Three Winners Awarded $1,000 in Toxic Waistlines Competition. The three winners in the first ever Mayors Wellness Campaign “Toxic Waistlines” competition in Morris County were (from left) Third Place winner Susan Graziano of Parsippany, Second Place winner Roberta Waffenfeld of Parsippany and First Place winner Robert Zanfino of Lincoln Park.
