Parsippany Mayor Michael Luther Joins “Toxic Waistlines” Winners. The winners of the Mayors Wellness Campaign’s “Toxic Waistlines” competition in Morris County were announced on July 9th. Parsippany took top town honors, besting 13 other participating municipalities. The Mayors Wellness Campaign is a project of the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute in partnership with the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. From left, Quality Institute President and CEO David Knowlton, First Place winner Robert Zanfino of Lincoln Park, Parsippany Mayor Michael Luther, Third Place winner Susan Graziano of Parsippany, Mayors Wellness Campaign Acting Director Emily Littman, and Second Place winner Roberta Waffenfeld of Parsippany.
