Adult School Offers New December Classes

Paris has come to Madison at Resto, a bistro restaurant offering contemporary French cuisine. On Tuesday, December 8th the Adult School in cooperation with Gourmet Getaways is offering a unique French dining experience. The menu, featuring the cuisine of the Alsace/Lorraine region, will include Tarte Flambe with bacon, carmelized onions and crème fraiche; Choucroute Garni (salt pork, bacon, garlic sausage, duck confit, sauerkraut and potatoes), and Mirabelle plum sorbet. In addition to preparation information, Chef Robert will share healthy eating considerations, earning this class an endorsement by the Madison Mayor’s Wellness Campaign. Seating time is 6:30 pm. If desired, bring your own bottle of French wine. Resto is located at 77 Main Street, Madison. Cost is $60.00 per person plus a $10.00 registration fee.

The Adult School, founded in 1937, is an independent, nonprofit organization. The school is not funded by government or local school districts, and welcomes students from all communities.
